Over 12 weeks, we'll work together to create your one-person AI-powered software company — from choosing the market and offer, all the way through client acquisition, delivery, automation and recurring revenue.
You get up to 24 private coaching calls
That's two calls per week for 12 weeks.
But there's an important difference in how I run these.
We work on a homework model.
At the end of every call, we determine exactly what you need to accomplish next. Then you go do it. Once the homework is complete, we book the next call and move the business forward again.
That means you may not necessarily use all 24 calls. And that's okay. The goal isn't to maximize Zoom calls — it's to maximize how much actually gets built during the 90 days.
Every conversation creates a clear next action. That's how we'll work.

As many as two private coaching calls per week. Calls are driven by progress, not by the calendar. Finish the agreed-upon homework, then we tackle the next thing.

This is probably the biggest difference between this program and traditional coaching.
I don't want you to become really knowledgeable about building an AI software company. I want you to have one.
If our first call determines you need to choose your market, that's your homework. Do it. Then we meet again. If the next step is creating your offer, we create it. Then you build the page. Then we review it. Then we build prospecting. Then you start conversations. Then we improve what isn't working.
Week by week, we're actually putting the pieces in place.
That's why I don't automatically drop 24 calls onto your calendar. We're not trying to fill time. We're trying to create progress.
I only work with 10 clients at a time
This is intentionally small. Ten private clients at any given time is what lets me actually know what you're working on, understand your business and stay involved in the decisions we make together.
I'm not trying to build a 500-person coaching community.

After that window, we commit to the remaining engagement and get to work.

By the end of that hour you'll leave with a path forward — whether you ever work with me again or not. If you decide to build it yourself, take the blueprint and run with it.
If we both decide it makes sense to spend the next 12 weeks building it together, your entire $200 is credited toward the $6,000 engagement.

Before you book
Do I need to be technical?
No. The whole point is that AI and modern software let one person deliver what used to take a team. We'll pick a stack that matches what you're actually willing to operate.
What if I don't have an idea yet?
That's usually week one. Choosing the market and the problem is the first piece of homework for most clients.
What if I can't do two calls a week?
Then we don't. Calls unlock when the homework is done. Some clients move fast, some move steadily — nobody gets billed for empty Zoom time.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You own everything we built: the offer, the funnel, the systems, the client relationships. Most people continue running it themselves.
